Redeemed $200 Amazon gift card status shows valid but still have not received

I redeemed my $200 Amazon gift card on 12/20. Status shows valid email processing should receive email within 24-48hrs. It’s been 4 days since showing valid email processing but I still haven’t received it! This is so frustrating. When will I get my gift card emailed to me??
