Ordered new phone for exisiting phone line. They never sent. 8 days later called, they couldn't find where it was sent. Cancelled order and sent new phone. New phone won't activate. Total of 8 representatives and 6.5 hours on the phone. Still no phone. Told to go to a corporate office in Evansville Indiana. Went, man was rude, he ended up telling me i didnt buy the phone there and kicked me out of store. After 22 years of being a costumer, I am seriously considering going to a different company. My $371.00 a month to this company can be spent at another just as easily. Verizon and Evansville office need to do much better than this.
