Seems shady to give you instructions to get a $200 dollar target gift card for switching to home internet with no way to actually redeem said gift card following their instructions.

Hello brownjaa. We're sorry to learn you're having issues with your promotion.Here are the steps to redeem your offer:

Step 1:

Receives an email after service activation is complete and clicks the link in the email.

Note: Receipt of the email is not required for redemption. The customer can sign directly into their My Verizon account and click the offer tile.

Result: The email takes the customer to the account dashboard in My Verizon, after they sign in to their My Verizon account.

Step 2:

Selects Make the most of your plans on the account dashboard.

Step 3:

Selects the NFL Sunday Ticket from YouTube offer on the Select your offer screen.

Step 4:

Clicks Claim offer and reviews and accepts the terms & conditions.

Result: The customer is taken to the Google / YouTube website.

There is nothing that says Make the most of your plans on the account dashboard. What a joke... I have tried chatting with multiple people and no one is able to help me redeem my offer. Just got another email that it is going to expire.

Yes, I am logged in as the account owner and have tried on the app as well as web browser and nothing is showing for home offers. I added the service back in July, for home wireless.

I see that this thread is from 2024, however, Verizon is experiencing the same issues - there is no "Make the Most of Your Plan" or "Home Offers" on the dashboard of my account. My promo to receive a Meta Quest 3S (we purchased the VZ 5G Home Internet Plus on 4/18) was supposed to be redeemed today (June 25). This tile appeared on my account this morning, however, it woudl not do anything . . . and then it disappeared - nothing. I spent 2-hours on Live Chat with three different agents. The third agent finally opened a TCKET for my case and I was contacted by my "case manager" with a case number. Hopefully, this issue will resolve in three days, as stated. Seeing all the other conversations regarding this same issue, it does seem a little suspect. Have all these custumers recieved their promised promos? If this issue carries out after the promo expiration date, we will drop the VZ 5G internet and return to Spectrum.
