Amazon Gift Card Redemption

I ordered and activated my 5G internet on 12/22. I received two emails for the Amazon gift card and Xbox Series X. I attempted to redeem the gift card but have not received an email after the 24-48 hours. I also get an error message when attempting to redeem the Xbox. Any solutions to assist?

We're sorry to read about the issue with redeeming your offers. When you submitted the offer for the Amazon card, did you get a tracking number? What kind of error do you get when redeeming the Xbox? ~Peter

I finally received the Amazon gift card but the Xbox redemption just says, “we’re sorry an error has occurred, please try again.” It still hasn’t been able to be redeemed after a week of the same error message.
