Moving phone line from AT&T to an existing Verizon plan

would like to add my mother to my existing Verizon plan. She is currently with AT&T, but would like to keep the same number . What is the process to bring her over ? She does not have any open contracts to pay off her devices, she is all paid up for her phone.
