Yesterday I set up my phones and was told that the port was complete via text about 3-4 hours after giving Verizon my tender pin that T-Mobile provided to me.
I have been on the phone all day with Verizon and Apple because my phone will not connect for iMessages or FaceTime with my phone number only my Apple ID. Which means the port is not final. My 4 phones are in limbo and Verizon doesn’t have a solution. I have to ship my other phone back but I can’t until this one is working correctly. I don’t want to miss my window to ship my phone back and I want my headache to go away.
I tried to call the port number and it says my port was completed and doesn’t let me talk to anyone. I tried to check status of my port and it says power phone off and on and it would be ready to go.
I have wiped my other phones back factory settings and still nothing is working.
very annoying and wish I didn’t switch.
