We have a damaged Verizon telecom box in our yard that needs to be repaired. The cover is missing and there are exposed wires and capacitors. I have talked to the customer service line and to the Verizon Twitter account to no avail.
Please send someone to repair this box ASAP. I will provide the street address up on request.
