I have been trying to activate Paramount+ with SHOWTIME Netflix BOGO for a couple of weeks. This is the third email from Verizon I have received asking me to activate and it wont let me. I have been on the phone and chat numerous times and nobody at Verizon can figure it out. Now the Paramont part is not even on my account with only the Netflix promotion showing but does not allow me to activate it. I have had this escalated a few times but nothing has changed. The last time I was with an agent they gave me an escalation # 11406509. I have even been to the local Verizon office here in town and they could not help me. Anybody have some ideas?
