I have tried multiple times to access the teacher discount on-line and now frustrated, I have chatted and also spoke on the phone , received the steps by step process and still no luck, I get to the point of verification and return back to Verizon ( after ID submission) only to see again check for discount, stuck in a loop. any assistance is appreciated
