Probably need to get a customer service phone number and do this over the phone.
You could do this over phone or over the chat, or even online on your account portal if your plan is already Mix and Match.
It might be the case you are still grandfathered-in with an older legacy plan. If this is the case, I strongly recommend you to switch to Mix and Match pricing for savings.
