Hello, could anyone help? It appears an error occurred when I bought an unlocked phone from Amazon here in the UK. Unfortunately, i was sent an American phone. It is a long story why I could not return it, so there you have it. Anyway I am left with a phone that can not be unlocked so, I can put my own sim card in, here in the uk. Its all paid for it has been checked by Samsung. Can anyone help me to understand what else needs to be done, to make my phone work in any uk network.
