I had a payment arrangement to keep my services on, and I paid it 2 days after the due date (it was a holiday and the customer service automated babysitter wouldn't let me talk to someone) my service was suspended today and of course I can't talk to anyone. I really hate that both the system and app lead you around in circles. My bill increased over the past few months because when I was paying on the app, it was going to the CURRENT BALANCE, not the past due balance!! I am so beyond frustrated with Verizon they do not care about their customers just how much money they can manipulate out of you. I have been paying extra for almost 4 months now because of this issue and if the increased amounts I was paying actually went to my past due I would've had it caught up. I am near broke after the holidays and used my entire paycheck to pay my PHONE BILL and of course they still want more. I need my service restored to be able to work to give you guys more money.
