Never recieved gift card for signing up for Fios

I did not receive the promised $50 Verizon gift card for signing up for Fios. Verizon customer support said that the gift card was sent, but it never came to my email. Customer support said to call Blackhawk, but that line is only automated responses and does not provide any help. I would like a Verizon agent to help me.
