Yesterday I was in a hurry to make an internal call to an oversea airline to change flight. I was trying to login my verizon app to add in an internal call plan but the whole mobile UI is gone and only Fios left. I used to be the mobile line manager and able to change mobile plan, see disney+ info, billing info. All this is gone. So I was in a hurry and have to call them directly. The call last around 1 hour, I don't know the total bill, I guess it is around $150 ~ $200 , any way to get partial reimbursement for this cost as this should not happen if I can conveniently join the plan using the app as before. I also want to express the frustration of this app and I don't who is going to fix it and when will this be fixed. I can't do anything on app for the mobile side.
