I've been using Fios Gigabit Internet for 2 1/2 years without issue. Then in the last two months, the connection started dropping at least once every hour for 1-2 minutes. My wife and I were moving at the end of the first month, so instead of weathering customer service we hoped that moving would fix the problem. But we moved three blocks from our old apartment, and the problem followed us. Which could mean the problem is something upstream, and I don't know how to troubleshoot or get help with that. I'm getting dropped from Zoom calls, and the situation is making it impossible to reliably work from home. Any help on the best way to solve this would be greatly appreciated.

Internet is the only service we have; no TV or phone service here.
