I'm a senior citizen customer, and used live chat today. I needed an adjustment to my services. I spoke with three different representatives taking almost 3 hours of my time.
Each CSR pressing me to up my services, and when I asked about lowering the monthly bill they disconnected my chat. To boot, they were taking 20-30 minutes between some response that I know did not warrant that kind of time.
Is this how Verizon treats customers? I've been a customer a long time and don't deserve to have my time wasted like that. I'm fed with Verizon customer service, and I'm considering taking a much better Spectrum offer. I just didn't feel like changing everything over in my home at this time, but it looks like I may have to.
The three reps were:
3:00pm est "Wayne - just disconnected me after wasting 40 minutes
"3:40pmest "Olive" Gave me a new package proposal, when I asked if it would increase next month she disconnected
4:34pm est "Jonah" basically said I can just cancel my service
