FIOS business account with static IPv4 addresses - question about IPv6 availability & IPv6 gateway configuration

I have a Fios business account with 5 static IPv4 addresses and with the Fios Gigabit Connection Upgrade, and I love the reliability and speed of the service. The 5 static IP addresses give me the ability to run several public servers, and this setup has worked great for me for years.

I've been patiently waiting for IPv6 for many years, and would love to also offer my servers with public IPv6 addresses - both for improved availability to those customer who come from mobile devices and are usually on IPv6 preferred networks, and also because Google is starting to use IPv6 availability of servers as a positive signal for search-engine rankings.

On this community forum I've previously read comments that IPv6 is not yet being rolled out to Fios business customers with static IPv4 addresses, so I've been anxiously awaiting news that this is being changed.

So I was pleasantly surprised today - but also very confused - when I saw this information when clicking on Review Service Details on my Verizon Account page in the SMB Portal:

So the interesting thing is that this now gives me a new field that wasn't there previously (like it literally didn't have that field last week): it shows an Ipv6 Gateway, but that address is clearly an IPv4 address and is furthermore identical to the regular Gateway address 4 lines above.

So how am I supposed to configure this on my router? Is this essentially a 6to4 tunnel endpoint? And what is the IPv6 /56 network address that is being delegated to me? And where are the configuration instructions for such a tunnel setup?

Any help that anyone could provide with this would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. I've blacked out the starting IPv4 address of my range in the above screenshot for obvious reasons.

P.P.S. The router I'm using is a Unifi Dream Machine SE from Ubiquiti networks. But I'm fine with generic routing instructions, and have also previously set up 6ot4 tunnels using Hurricane Electric, so I'm happy with a fairly technical response.

Technically this is a residential forum, but I will try to help with your small business account as well.

IPv6 has not rolled out to the static IP accounts yet, it was rolled out to the dynamic IP residential and business accounts, but even this was reversed somewhat due to an issue with the ONT firmware.

IPv6 Gateway you are seeing is probably a 6to4 NAT gateway some where on the Verizon network. In wireless, an IPv6 is assigned to the phone, and if you search What is My IP address in a search engine, an IPv4 address will pop up and that IPv4 is the 6to4 NAT gateway. It could be something similar, but I am not sure. I would need to ask around to see.
