How can I access my mother (with dementia) Verizon Fios with internet account to make changes. The email on file at Verizon is an old email address no longer able to access bc it’s a Verizon email .net address the company did away with in 2017 and also she has a new cell phone number with Verizon. The one on file isn’t from a Verizon account. Her monthly bill is taken out of her checking account and we don’t know where the payment confirmations are going. The person on the phone at Verizon isn’t willing to help us out. It’s very frustrating and now her cable has gone out and they are unwilling to help but yet continue to bill her monthly. She does not have a user name or password and has never set one up.
