Switch from T-Mobile back in September at Verizon kiosk located inside Costco, was promised $250 for each qualifying line. It is Jan 8th, no gift card. Called Verizon multiple times as well as Victra, no resolution.

I was promised the same ($250/line) and it's been 4 months since I signed up and switched 4 phones to Verizon. There was a huge banner over the Kiosk advertising the deal. I had been with T-Mobile for 14 years. So far I am satisfied with Verizon but a deal is a deal. I want my perks.

I was promised 4 Costco Gift Cards each with a value of $250.00. I have the receipt. But have not received them. I was also given $200 Switcher rebate and never received a notification. That's $1800.00 in incentives that Verizon has not lived up to.
Also- "Jesse" from Verizon (see above) said Verizon was going to get to the bottom of this SIX (6) months ago - please respond Verizon. Thanks so much for your attention !
