Amazon $200 promo for opening up Fios Internet

I’m now on hold with Verizon “customer service “ for 38 min. I left Xfinity because of poor customer service , seems like once you sign up, you’re on your own!

I’m trying to find where my $200 Amazon gift card is, and this is where I landed!!???

I opened my Fios internet account in November, it’s Jan 9th. Is it in the mail!!?? Emailed!??? I have no clue!! And it seems neither does Verizon.
