Amazon gift card promotion

I would like to know how and when i can have my $200 amazon gift card!!!!! I have tried calling, and asking questions. I have tried reading all these comments and questions in the forums. I had my installment on December 27th at 8:00 A.M.

I would greatly like a response from a verzion worker or a email or a text or a call.

I did not need to switch my cox cable I was with for 32 years for a company who isn't honest, or impossible to get a response from.

You have a TON of company with this issue. Apparently the gift card thing got glitched out, and it can also take up to 45 days (?) before you get the offer. Someone said they logged into their account using a PC (not the My Verizon app on your phone) and it worked, so maybe try that.
