I purchased two phones and 5G access plans from Verizon a year ago from the Verizon store in my zip code. For a few months now my phone connectivity is LTE not 5G but the coverage map on the web site shows 5G coverage so here is my question- Is it fair for Verizon to charge me a 5G coverage plan price when I actually do not receive 5G connectivity? Should I go back and have them change my plan back to LTE?
