I had 5 G Home Internet installed on Dec. 12, 2023. After installation, I followed the instructions provided for redeeming the gift card many times. Unfortunately, I always got "technical error, please try again". I have called Verizon customer service couple times, each time they promised they will send the right link to me and will give me a follow up call, but nothing happened.
I'm truly disappointed and frustrated by this situation. I'm hoping that Verizon customer support agents in this community can help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
