I am really really disappointed in this companys lack of support, I went to the store (I was directing to make an appointment at a 3rd party retailer through their webiste!) on 12/29 said we wanted to signup for Internet Plus plan and also move 3 lines over stating we wanted the 200 amazon gift card and the x box was told I would get an email with the promos attached and they had to order our phones, 1 week later no contact!! So I called verizon and they said well that promo no long exists you will need to pay for your phones asked to speak to a supervisor, she adjusted for the phones was suppose to contact me in a couple of days seven days later no contact! I called today and they are going to honor the amazon card but NO X BOX said the promo wasn't in existance on 12/29?????!!!!!!!! Since the 3rd party store dragged their feet I now am hit with a 200 bill from ATT since my service wasn't terminated until 4 days after my billing cycle thanks to verizon!! I see on this forum otherwise, I was originally set up with the reg plan and called as soon as I got home I had to go back the same day to the "real verizon store and switch out the router OMG I have wasted about 5 hours cleaning up their messes, if I don't get the XBOX and a credit for my 200 ATT bill I will be looking to move to another cell service. This is really unacceptable to be treated this way as a brand new customer, I was really hoping a better outcome but as of today it isn't looking good, I WOULD STAY AWAY THEY AREN'T VERY HONEST ABOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS!!
