Hoping someone can reach out to me. I have received FedEx confirmation that my device was received, but I don't have any confirmation from Verizon that the rebate will be appearing. From all these comments ... I' m getting worried as this month's bill shows me getting charge for the trade-in credit I received last month. I've been getting the ring of death trying to submit a request online, and just don't have time with three young kids for the run around with hold times and phone calls. Can someone please contact me on next steps? Multi-decade Verizon customer here, and really need the help. Thank you!
