iOS 17.2.1 Iphone 11 update

I just updated my Iphone 11 pro max to iOS 17.2.1. Every since I did that, I do not have any sound with notifications, videos, etc. I receive calls with my ring tone. I have tried shutting down my phone several times. I have gone on the support web site and did all the things required. I still do not have sound with anything except phone calls. Any help would be great.

I really don't want to upgrade unless I have too.

To make sure we're on the same page, can you let us know what additional steps were completed aside from powering your phone off?

I went into my settings to make sure that the sound was right, the notifications were all set correctly and went under privacy and security.
