19year customer- deleted premium channels to save money and got forced into higher monthly bill, spent hours online trying to fix and then forced to agree to upgrade services and then next day all services stopped for unknown reason. Hours more and agents still cant fix it. No accountability and no one in charge with any authority to do anything. I dont know who to call anymore. Wondering if someone at a business store or retail store can help me. Any suggestions? Or should i just bag verizon and go to other service provider.
