I would like to share my awful experience with Verizon.
More context on my case: I was traveling abroad last month and I bought the 1 month Travel Plan from Verizon. I am aware there's a limit of 250 minutes talk, but it is not clear what counts for the 250 mins. There's incoming calls, outgoing calls and international calls. When I used about 300 minutes. I was worried about this limit so I contacted Verizon customer service through the chat. This customer service guy told me that I only used 1 minutes and I still have 249 minutes to use, and they even send me a text message confirming they will credit back any excess usage. I believed that and used more minutes, but when the bill comes out, it has a huge charge for the minutes beyond 250. I tried to contact Verizon customer service but no one is responsible for this the wrong information given by their customer service. I will not use a single minute if I know I am exceeding the limit.
