Device registration limit has reached for the Quarter!

I am beyond frustrated with the tv.verizon.com. I am unable to register my macbook air laptops and continue to receive this bizarre error message: Device registration limit has reached for the Quarter!.

I've deleted cookies, restarted the router, reached out to tech support. Nothing works. I'm so ready to cancel!

Anyone else experience this?

I am having the same problem. Nothing I've found has solved it. I can't watch TV on my laptop.

As a follow up, I called Customer Service this morning. After an hour of troubleshooting, they put in a ticket for the problem. I have a ticket number and they told me that it might be a few days before it's resolved.

Customer service promised the same for me and never got it fixed. I''m ready to cancel!

While i was debugging that issue in Safari on Mac laptop, I logged out of my already registered web browser.

When i tried to re-register Safari on my Mac laptop i got the error message described in this chat.

Telling me i have reached a max device registration limit for this quarter.

Is there a way you can reset the counter so i can register devices again this quarter?
