Verizon has turned into a money grabbing robbery scheme. I pay them hundreds of dollars a month for tv and internet and every week I have to figure out how to get my cable to stop freezing. Nothing seems to work besides just waiting it out as I have tried every suggestion and read every solution. It’s infuriating especially because I can’t even get a human being on the support line to help me. I’m totally on my own stuck with this terrible service that I’m sinking a fortune into. THANKS A LOT VERIZON. HOPE ITS WORTH LOSING ANOTHER CUSTOMER OVER
