Google Nest and MOCA Adapter Setup

I am hoping someone can guide me on a set up for my needs. I am currently using Google Nest connected to the ONT via ethernet. I have 2 other Google Nest acting as AP, however my WiFi connection is still very slow. I would like to use the existing COAX cabling in the house with a MOCA adapter. My hope is that I can plug in my device to ethernet directly with the MOCA adapter.

I am just a bit confused on how should I go about using the MOCA adapter from Verizon? On the ONT, there is a COAX out, do I connect the coax that runs to my office directly to the ONT? Then, connect the MOCA adapter from the office COAX to my laptop?

The Coax on the ONT is for analog TV signal if you were to have Fios TV. Only a very handful of slower speed subscriptions still use the Coax for Fios Internet as well.

If you need to use MoCA in the absence of a Verizon router, you would need a pair of MoCA adapters, which is $100 or so extra investment. There is a built-in MoCA LAN adapter in all Verizon routers.
