Xbox promotion

When i signup for verizon home I did it because of the xbox offer. I remember seeing it in the app when selecting the upper class service. When i got my email it only mentioned the HomePod or the $200 gift card. To this date I have not received neither of those options much less the xbox. Does anyone else had this issue? It feels like the type of issue that gets class action lawsuits started!

When I signedup for verizon, I did it because of the xbox offer. Todate I have not received the xbox. Does anyone else had this issue? It feels like I was duped into getting the verizon service with a false offer. I will admit that the internet service is very good and I enjoy the service but I want what was advertized and promised. When I review the order [1/5/24] the xbox was clearly ordered and even shows 2 day shipping. UPS shows nothing has shipped from verizon to me related to the xbox. I only recieved the modem device for internet. I was assigned both an order # and a location #. What's up ???
