My 11/4/2023 -12/3/2023 bill charged us for 20 Natl Directory Assistance calls at 2.99 per call. I protest because we did not use NDA 20 times— if ever. How do I get a credit to my account for these false charges.

I have the same charge on my bill and I only have Fios and a landline. I’m definitely not calling directly assistance. Think I would remember that.
I just received my Verizon Home February 2026 bill. I am charged 3@$2.99 for National Directory Assistance. I am locked in for 5 yrs with Verizon, and never used 411. So why is Verizon sneaking this fee into my bill?
