I ordered a new IPhone 15 with promotion on 0118, although I have my right address written, the system removed some part of my apartment unit number. And USP did not attempt to deliver or contact me at all and returned to package to Verizon Warehouse. And I have talked to customer service that they have corrected the address and it will resend to me. And it never happened. And another customer service said it will be canceled after it reached the warehouse. Any body can tell what should I do? It’s so frustrating!
