Credit -Trade-in

This message is for the Verizon Wireless Company, in regard's to my trade in credit for a iPhone 13 Pro Max. I have used the Verizon chat and agent did not give me a credit amount, also called and talked to a live representative on the iPhone and the live representative said it takes two months . I also have the Verizon app and it has nothing on there about my trade in credit. Where is the credit to my iPhone 13 Pro Max that I traded in for my iPhone 14 Pro Max ?
