I’ve signed up for Fios recently and was offered the Xbox promotion deal I redeemed the offer, and was told my order would ship soon but I got 0 updates on it. It’s very frustrating and I would like to know why it’s being delayed to this point it’s been almost a month now with no update I’ve tried calling multiple times no response.
