On December 19th, I signed up for Verizon 5G Home Internet under a promotional offer that included a $45 monthly rate, a $100 Verizon credit, a $200 Amazon gift card, and the Xbox Series X. These promotions were clearly stated as stackable and redeemable upon signing up during the specified promotional period. Initially, I took the precaution of confirming with a Verizon representative through the chat system to ensure that I would indeed receive all the promised promotions. While I did receive the Amazon and Verizon credits promptly, it has now been over 35 days, and I have yet to receive any information on how to redeem the Xbox Series X.
I have spent countless hours on the phone and chat with various representatives, each providing contradictory information. I have been assured on multiple occasions that the issue was resolved and that I would receive an email within 1 to 2 hours, yet this email never arrived. Ive been told things were escalated and come to find out they never were by some of the agents.
The lack of transparency and consistency from Verizon has turned this into an ongoing and disheartening ordeal. As a loyal customer, I am posting this in the hopes that someone here may guide me on how to actually escalate this matter and finally find a resolution.
