I spoke with an agent approximately on 1/17 to fix a programming issue and the agent told me I was eligible for an upgrade of my router. He arranged for someone to upgrade my internet connection, but did not tell me he was changing my tv plan. I spoke to someone today, 1/26 and was told I can’t revert back to my old plan. The new plan they gave me which I tried to get back myself is $30 more. This is unacceptable. I was not told any channels or other services besides my increase in internet speed would change.
