My Samsung s22 was overheating. so I called the warranty company to get a different phone. what I got was an added line and a s23 Fe for a huge price! I simply wanted a phone that worked and didn't overheat not a new phone with a new number. or should I say with an added line! according to their tech I cannot just return the phone I am now stuck into adding a line onto my own line. I am a disabled widow on social security,IF I had wanted a new extra line I certainly would have picked out a watch certainly not a new phone or added line!
