I recently updated from a Galaxy Note9 to a Samsung S23 Ultra. I am currently unable to add notes to my voicemails. Is there a way to do that on the S23 Ultra?
The Voicemail app was red on the Note9. It is green on the S23 Ultra.

The Voicemail to Text feature and ability to add notes is available when upgrading to Premium Visual Voicemail. Should you decide to upgrade, you may do so through the Menu icon in your Visual Voicemail app.

So "upgrading" to the S23 Ultra means I have to pay $2.99 per month to get the same note taking voicemail feature that I had for free on my Note9?

Great question concernedCustomer74. The service Lauren offered is different from the service you had on your previous device. She offered this option as the feature you are asking about is not available on the new voicemail app. ~Peter
