I'm been trying to talk to a. Live customer service reps from billing about my account but I can't find any number to call and if I do not answer they all want to email or text or go to virtual I don't want to do that I don't like to text cuz no one understands I want to talk to a live representative especially about my money nobody's coming back to me it's been over 3 weeks now this is ridiculous human interaction I'm just ready to say forget it and drop it I think it's Sue me for that contract I don't care because I'm just had trouble since then day one with these guys if anyone else having that problem too
