seems since last thursday 1/25/24 i have no data service outside of being on my wifi at home. has anyone else been experiencing this? i chatted with verizon yesterday and was kicked out of the website so no resolution. i have reset network settings multiple times, taken out the sim card and waited 2 minutes then put it back in and nothing is working. i am at my peak of frustration since i am paying for unlimited data that can't even be used. started dropping calls last night while at home as well. if it wasn't for being under contract with my phones, i would switch back to AT&T!
