So, i signed into my account. That worked.
Then i went to click support because i want to know the status of a ticket i opened that was due tonight at 9pm.
So i went to https://www.verizon.com/support/residential/contact-us/contactuslanding.htm
Ok, then i clicked on Call me. I wanted to schedule a call back so i dont have to sit on hold if i call tomorrow listening to that awful music. So i clicked it and it says, We're sorry. Please sign in. Hahahaha Why is it asking me to sign in. i am already signed in. Weird. Can someone please look at this. We cant schedule a call back from the online site???? i need to use it because my app doesnt show my fios account anymore. Please allow us to set up calls off hours.
Anytime i click the call me, it hasnt worked. i guess it is down on weekend and nights when i am able to use this.
