My s24+ is slower than my s10+. I took it to a verizon store to have all of my s10+ apps, passwords, accounts, moved to my s24+ , 2 and a half hours later he says it's done. Oh I had to pay $30 for this. Phone, and text work. I can go to my email accounts but cant open my mail. Apps won't load. Either this phone is bad, or the store didn't know what they were doing. Or Verizon just is bad to.

We're sorry to hear that you're having problems with your s24. We want to make sure your phone is working without any problems, and we're going to do everything we can to help. What troubleshooting have you tried so far? Did you set up your phone as a new device, or was information transferred over from your previous device?
