High Latency

Hello,

Lately I have been getting High latency when I'm playing world of warcraft. Somtimes home MS is high but normally around 80MS but the world MS has been spiking in between 120-800 MS which is virtually unplayable. Through recommendations I downloaded WinMTR to run a trace and i think i could the culprit.

This is what is causing packet loss. The people I have spoken to say its a possible thatt his is a bad node or is likely what is causing the issue. They told me to contact the ISP for support and so I am looking for some help here from Verizon.

I'm having the same problem on my 5g home internet and play a lot of escape from tarkov and been having constant packetloss and sure enough lag-17.DLLSTX97-PPR01-CC.ALTER.NET.ALTER.NET shows 100 percent packet loss on winmtr. Did you ever get any help?
