Accessing the Guide on the bottom of my Fios TV app

The guide at the bottom of my Fios TV app does not display the GUIDE to choose channels anymore. It looks like its been replaced by Live TV, however, when I try to access it, I get an error message. This is happening on my Ipad Pro, but not my Iphone. How do I fix this?

Have you tried uninstalling and wiping out the history and cache, then re-installing?
