Existing wood utility pole needs to be removed on construction site. Pole has a telecom box, and meter pan (with Con Ed meter). Telecom and Electrical wires from adjacent pole dead-ends on this pole and will need to be removed as well. Pole is on Junction Blvd WS2S 34th Ave in Queens, NY. How do you initiate the request to remove the telecom utilities and pull the pole?
