Haven’t received return kit for internet

Cancelled my internet service on Jan 22, 2024 and it’s almost been a full 2 weeks and I still haven’t received a return kit for this equipment and I DO NOT want this to show up on my bill because I will lose my mind and leave Verizon all in one if so
