I’m trying to transfer a number over from another carrier, which Verizon should work harder to help since it’s more business. It’s been weeks with no success of transferring the number. Has anyone else started a number transfer then the transfer stays paused because it claims that your current carrier has a transfer protection feature on it?
My current carrier says they don't even have a feature like that.
I have spent weeks speaking with verizon reps who just either end my chat while I'm waiting or not giving me a proper solution. Why is Verizon so bad and impossible to get solutions or require weeks to get an answer?
