Still not received Amazon Gift card

Hello I have been trying to contact support with no luck. I have tried more than 10 times and no one calla back.

I was promised by the sales person that I will get USD 50 gift card and has not been fulfilled.

Tried calling the sales person and she asked me to contact the support and support does not respond.

When I try to add the GC from the app it fails with an error

Need support.
